“The pick up was prompt and driver was informative of next steps . Went to a central point in a hotel where we were given badges and groups for dining or non dining guests. I was in purple dining group - small about 6 people in total. The guides were ok - English was not fluent and they both could have given a bit more informative information. Maybe give a guide leaflet out on coach and plan tour night before you get there. The trip need extended by at least 40mins to catch the show and do the trails and see the shop the 10pm prompt pick up is too…”

“One of the most well maintained zoos I have been to. Was able to leisurely walk through the entire zoo a couple of times and never noticed the 4.5 hours pass by. “El conductor ens va recollir a les 18h tal com indicava la reserva de l’activitat i ens va indicar que ens recolliria a les 21,30h per tornar-nos a l’hotel. Però un cop a la porta del recinte ens vam adonar que ens havien donat les entrades per les 21,45h i no ens deixaven entrar abans. Vam haver de trucar (a cost de roaming internacional) per trobar una solució. Vam haver de sopar allà i finalment el taxista ens va recollir a les 23,45h. El recinte i el tram és interessant si viatges amb nens petits i vols fer una activitat entretinguda i sense gaire calor.”
