“The captain was great...but the whole thing was a calamity. •The experience was an hour late to start. Nobody informed us so we were just hanging around for an hour. •A tropical drink was advertised as part of the cost...which we did not receive. •It's a speedboat tour but one tourist complained that it was going too fast so the remaining 40 minutes was done at a crawl. The captain did apologise but it was still a downer on our experience. In general, it could be great but we had a lacklustre experience and therefore can't recommend.”
